For a more comfortable stay, the booking includes the exclusive use of the chalet, which can accommodate up to 3 people.
We also offer many other services to complete your fishing experience.
THE CHALET
A cosy nest welcomes you all year
A few steps from the main swim, the chalet is designed to offer our guests maximum comfort. It’s ideal for friends, couples and families wishing to spend a pleasant and peaceful break.
The covered terrace and the large window offer a wonderful panoramic view of the lake and the opportunity to check your rods in comfort any time.
From the terrace you enter the living : a relax area with couch, table and wood stove and an equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, gas cooker – for quick use only -, sink with potable water, dishes, cookware and utensils.
The bedroom has 2 single beds, the third bed is in the living area. The bathroom has a shower and sink with hot and cold not potable water and a dry toilet.
Free WiFi. BBQ, gas cooker and pic-nic table outdoors.

TACKLE HIRE
We take care of your equipment
The proximity to Limoges airport, only 8 km away, offers the possibility of reach us by plane. We guarantee free shuttle service from/to the airport and the possibility to rent fishing equipment.
Tackle hire € 120 angler/week
includes 3 sets of rods and reels, pod or bank sticks, essential toolbox, bedchairs, single or 2-person bivvy if needed.
Bite alarms not available.
We ask you to notify us in advance if you need the service.
Included in the booking there is a Snag boat with aluminium hard bottom. Electric motor + batteries available for € 50/week. Not allowed to use one’s own.
Bait boat allowed.
Unhooking mats, landing nets, floating weighsling, folding scales and tripods are included in the booking and given to guests on arrival.
As stated in the regulations, only equipment supplied by the Etang du Grand Pré may be used to ensure the maximum safety of our fish.
Various small items such as hooks, swivels, leads and lines are available for purchase.
